CounterPoint Contracting is seeking skilled and experienced Independent HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team on a contract/part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair, and will play a critical role in upholding our high standards
Requirements
Installation:Â Efficiently install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Ensure installations comply with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
Maintenance:Â Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep HVAC systems functioning optimally. This includes cleaning and replacing filters, inspecting system components, and checking refrigerant levels.
Repair:Â Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues. This involves identifying malfunctioning components, troubleshooting problems, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
Compliance:Â Ensure all work adheres to local HVAC codes and standards. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and safety.
Client Reporting:Â Provide clients with detailed reports on the status of their HVAC systems, including any issues detected, repairs needed, and maintenance performed. Communicate the benefits of recommended services and potential risks of neglecting issues.
Customer Service:Â Respond promptly to service calls and address client concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Offer expert advice and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping:Â Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed, including materials used, time spent on each job, and any recommendations provided to clients.
